Change Account Information

Updating your account information is quick and easy. To update your name or address, you can use Internet Banking or fill out the appropriate form. To update your authorized signer or beneficiary designation, you need to complete the proper form and fax or mail it to HSA Bank. All forms you will need to change your nameadd an authorized signer or change your designation of beneficiary are available online. Just download, complete, and return the form to us.
