Bankline

Bankline is a 24 hour-a-day automated account connection.

To Access Bankline Call:
1-800-565-3512

To access information you will need your account number and your 4 digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). The last 4 digits of the primary accountholder's Social Security or Tax I.D. number have been assigned as your initial PIN. The first time you access your accounts you are required to change the PIN to any other 4 digit number. If you have previously used the voice system and assigned a PIN, that number will still be in effect.

To access your account information, please use the following instructions:

  • Step 1
    After calling Bankline, press 1 to access Account Information.
  • Step 2
    Press 1 again to access your HSA Account Information.
  • Step 3
    You will now be prompted to enter your savings account number followed by the # key.
  • Step 4
    Enter your PIN followed by the # key.

You will now have the following account options:

  • Press 1: Current account balance.
  • Press 2: Last 5 transactions.
  • Press 3: Inquiry by amount.
  • Press 4: Interest information.
  • Press 7: Change PIN number.
  • Press 8: Return to previous menu.
  • Press 9: Repeat this menu.
