Once registered with HSA Bank, you will receive a custom online enrollment link, a pre-filled Employer Sign-up Form link and a downloadable PDF application that will connect you to your clients’ HSAs.

Complete the online Agent Sign-up Form to begin working with HSA Bank. By registering, you will be assigned an AIN and gain access to the tools and resources available through our Business Relations Site.
