Wires are sent to a clearing account with HSA Bank. The money is then distributed to the individual HSAs. Wires must be accompanied by an electronic transaction file directing HSA Bank on how to distribute the funds. Please coordinate with our Business Relations Representatives if this is the method you choose as the means to contribute to the accounts. It can take up to three weeks to implement and test this process before wires can be used for contributions.

You can send a check, which needs to be accompanied by an Employer Contribution Form. The form indicates how the funds will be disbursed. Please click here for the Employer Contribution Form.
Important Note: HSA legislation states that, unless contributions are made through a Section 125 Plan, employer contributions must be comparable to all eligible employees. That means, the contributions are either the same dollar amount or percentage of deductible for each employee.
